How to Play

The Learn3Play Challenge is an interactive, gamified experience designed to help you reinvent yourself, develop business skills, and gain confidence through a mix of quizzes, tasks, and real-world challenges.

  • 🔹 Start Your Journey: Begin with a free introduction round (8+ steps) to explore the challenge.
  • 🔹 Earn Points & Rewards: Complete tasks, quizzes, and challenges to collect Experiential Points (XP), unlock badges, and progress through different levels.
  • 🔹 Engage in Real-Life Activities: Some challenges require watching videos, networking, making sales pitches, or implementing strategies in real life.
  • 🔹 Submit Proof & Feedback: Upload proof of completed tasks (e.g., Loom video links, screenshots, or written reflections).
  • 🔹 Unlock New Levels: As you progress, you’ll unlock advanced lessons, exclusive rewards, and personalized mentorship opportunities.
  • 🔹 Compete & Collaborate: Join networking events, interact in WhatsApp groups (if applicable), and participate in leaderboards for added competition.
  • 🔹 Franchise & Business Focus (Optional): If you’re interested in franchising, sales, and business development, there’s a dedicated track designed to help you build or improve your career and business.

Rules of the Challenge

  • 🔹 Respect the Game & Fellow Players: Be respectful, constructive, and supportive of others. No spam, hate speech, or harassment.
  • 🔹 Complete Challenges Honestly: All tasks must be completed by you—no outsourcing or AI-generated submissions unless stated otherwise.
  • 🔹 Progression & Rewards: XP, badges, and levels are earned through active participation. Certain challenges must be fully completed before unlocking the next stage.
  • 🔹 Data & Privacy: By joining, you agree to submit information required for tracking progress (e.g., quiz results, video links, task submissions).
  • 🔹 Participation & Commitment: You may pause or opt out at any time, but progress resets if inactive for extended periods. Paid sections (if applicable) are non-refundable once unlocked.
  • 🔹 Code of Conduct for Networking & Community Events: Be respectful and professional in discussions. No pitching or self-promotion unless the challenge allows it.
  • 🔹 Disqualification & Fair Play: Cheating, fake submissions, or misconduct can lead to disqualification and forfeiting rewards.

Agreement to Participate

  • ✅ You understand the challenge structure and rules.
  • ✅ You agree to complete tasks honestly and respect other participants.
  • ✅ You consent to submitting information needed for tracking progress.
  • ✅ You acknowledge that prizes, rewards, and certificates are earned based on participation and adherence to the rules.
  • ✅ You understand that misconduct or rule-breaking may result in removal from the challenge.
